Sikkim - the quest for Mt Kanchenjunga - April 2005

Even if I didn't knew it when I started my journey, this trek was a quest. The quest for one of the highest summits on earth (the third in fact, with 28208 ft). A modest summit which often likes to veil its majesty in clouds. As all the quests, however, the goal of the quest is not always the most important thing in the story ... but the way to reach it. From the indian plains to the high mountains through the Darjeeling tea fields and the Rhododendrons forests, I invite you to do this trip with these pictures.
